How to Lose Tummy Fat

A lot of people find it difficult to shift the fat around the stomach because people do not particularly like aerobic exercises. The irony however, is that whilst performing areobic exercises is how to lose tummy fat, it is not the only way!
The reason why aerobic exercises burns fat quickly is because you are exercising continuously for a long period of time. For example, when you jog, you are continously performing the movement for however long the exercise last.
So then, if you are keen on working out – in the gym for instance – and not so into aerobic exercises, you can still burn fat by exercising in a cardiovascular manner. Simply put, if you want to lose your tummy fat and do not like jogging to do so, all you have to do is perform your favourite exercises at an increased intensity. ![]()
